Red can carry out some supported actions across multiple transactions at once. The limit is currently set to 20 items at any one time to allow Red user's to properly review the changes they are attempting to make.
This can be useful when entering or changing several similar records. Red will still prepare the request and ask you to confirm before supported changes are submitted.
You can use Red to:
- Create supported Sales transactions in batches.
- Create supported Purchases in batches.
- Update multiple supported transactions.
- Apply the same type of change across several records.
- Review what will be changed before confirming.
- Identify failed items where a batch cannot be fully processed.
Try asking Red:
- “Create these ten sales entries for me.”
- “Create these purchases as a batch.”
- “Create invoices for these customers using the details below.”
- “Change the processing date on these five transactions.”
- “Update the descriptions on these purchases.”
- “Show me a preview of all these changes before saving them.”
- “Which items in this batch failed?”
If you are not sure what changes you have applied and want to review it, simple ask Red to "Show me the audit log" and it will show you a record of all the things you have changed in this session (since you last connected your companies to your AI platform of choice)
