“Can Red see transactions from previous financial years?”
Yes. Red can retrieve historical customer and supplier transactions and can create a continuous statement to be emailed (including transactions outside the current financial year).
“Red says Big Red Cloud rejected my request — is Red broken?”
Not necessarily. Red passes supported requests to Big Red Cloud, and Big Red Cloud may reject an action because of its own accounting rules, company settings or the type of transaction involved. Red should show the customer the useful part of that response and explain that nothing was changed if the request failed.
"Can Red mark my supplier/customers as dormant?"
Red can: mark multiple suppliers/customers as dormant. It can also check the current financial year to see if a supplier/customer has been active this year and suggest who you should mark as dormant.
Red cannot: Cannot check previous financial years to decide whether a supplier/customer should be marked dormant, for example by confirming whether they had any transactions last year. Users should be certain before making such a change.
