Red has been updated and is now available for use with:

- Vibe

Company Connection Flow
Before, if one company had an invalid or expired API key, Red would treat the whole connection (even if there are multiple companies on a CSV file) as failed.
UPDATED: The connection flow now:
- Validates company credentials before confirming the connection
- Rejects invalid or expired credentials before they are stored
- Shows which companies connected successfully
- Shows which companies failed to connect
E.g. I inputted Company A with an expired API Key and the rest with valid ones and now get this:
Vibe / Mistral Support
NEW: You can now use Red in Vibe (Mistral AI).
Connection Status & Expiry
UPDATED: Red now gives clearer connection status information.
Users can now ask:
- How long will my the companies stay connected?
- How much time is left?
- What time zone is Red set in?
Red now responds using the configured connection duration and the correct time zone (Dublin, UTC+1), connected companies stay active for about 4 hours.
Sales Invoice Safety
UPDATED: Sales invoice handling has been hardened.
Red now:
- Requires explicit gross/net price basis where needed
- Blocks placeholder product IDs before preview or posting
- Blocks purchase VAT categories from being used on sales invoices
- Defaults invoice notes to the name of the customer, not the product name
- Only includes delivery details when explicitly provided
