How do I add Credit Card transactions that I make?

One option would be to add the Credit Card Account as a separate Bank Account from say your Current Bank Account in Big Red Cloud.

This will allow you to add Credit Card transactions from the Credit Card Bank Account you added. 

It will also allow you to add a transfer from say the Current Bank Account to the Credit Card Bank Account.
