Red's Audit Log - Keeping track of the changes you've made

Modified on Tue, 11 Aug at 9:24 AM

Red will always ask for confirmation before supported data-changing actions are submitted.

After reviewing a preview, you can respond naturally.

Examples:

  • “Yes.”
  • “Confirm.”
  • “Create it.”
  • “Update it.”
  • “Delete it.”
  • “Send it.”

If Red is only looking up information or answering a help question, no accounting data is changed.

Red keeps an audit trail of data-changing actions made through the current connected Red session/chat.

Try asking Red:

  • “Show me the audit log.”
  • “What changes have I made through Red?”
  • “Show me the transactions I updated in this session.”

The Red audit log is intended to help you review actions carried out through Red; it does not replace Big Red Cloud's own accounting records or audit functionality.
